I think the best part of working with you was that you made the entire process seem fun, and you were there to lend your experience and point out things for us to watch out for/improve for later.
Where do you think I can make improvements in my services? Please describe those improvements?
The only thing I can think to suggest is possibly improvements in organization – on occasion we had to follow up a few times to check on things that got lost in the chaos that is purchasing a house. It’s really super minor, but the only thing I can think of.

Yes, of course! Not only are you an incredible pleasure to work with, you are someone that loves what you do. That’s hard to find nowadays, and that positivity and enthusiasm is contagious. Not only that, you made the entire process so smooth as you walked us through it all and were patient with us from start to finish. You even helped us get the house cleaned once we were ready to move in!”
